Eastern Quarters: This 800 square ft. building is where the Enforcer East, Dorian Hert, lays his head. Inside is a plethera of weapons, hanging on racks on the far east wall. The west wall contains a set of iron double doors. To the left of the door is a painting depicting the wars that destroyed the first model of the City. The other two walls are barren, a table in the center of the office has four large arm chairs sitting around it. A bed off to the right in the room(queen size) is covered in white velvet blankets and silken sheets, the oaken frame has seven drawers around it which contain the clothing of Dorian.
Courtyard: A small square of grass sits infront of the Eastern Quarters, a tree stands in each corner of the square, all containing full apples in the summer and half full in the spring. Autumn and winter, the trees are barren of fruit, covered in red leaves or none.
Emerald Drake: 50 paces left of the Eastern Quarters, a solemn porch sits with two benches on it, and a stained glass door. Past the door is a hearty, welcoming, tavern & restaraunt. The restaraunt is run by Gorey Spillgut, a veteran of the Varzette Wars. The one legged cheery man fixes meals and drinks while his daughter Oticia takes drinks and food to the tables. On the right is a large stone fireplace, a rocking chair to it's left is usually inhabited by the old battle mage Kain Ikkitousen. Smaller chairs are arranged around the fire where the usual gathering of wealthy family children sit and listen to the stories of old, spun by Kain himself.
ShuGat's taste of the Orient: Headcook Shishuku Gintosama, joined by Gatsui Akatsomama run this smaller establishment. A stone's throw right of the Eastern Quarters, this is a truly interesting business. On the left side is a few low to the ground tables, padded carpet sitting around them. On the right, seperated by a fine paper wall of sliding doors, is Gatsui's forge, where oriental styled weapons and armor are constructed. Shishuku and Gatsui were planeswalkers who came into the realm when the war was ending.
Emerald Wyvern: The next door down from the Emerald Drake is the Emerald Wyvern Inn, run by Oticia's mother Marcim. This Victorian style building has a door into the Emerald Drake at it's right, a counter where rooms can be rented, and a spiral staircase up to the cosey rooms, whose price is somewhat high, but for good reason. These rooms contain two beds and a running water bath, ran from the city aqueducts.
OnyX Place: Directly across the street from the Emerald Wyvern is a three story school of the fighting arts. Orlandin DoomBringer, an abyssal escapee runs this establishment, teaching his many students in various martial arts.
Tributary: A small creek runs around the eastern sector, aqueduct systems run over it in many spots, powering this sector's running water system. Behind ShuGats and OnyX Place is a darker spot in the tributary, called 'Wraithlocke' by the children, the only trees along the tributary here are tall and dark, and never grow leaves. It is said to be haunted.
Roadway: The streets of the eastern sector are constructed of red and black cobblestone, silver plaques are set into them in spots, enscribed memorials to the warriors from this side of the city, in the war.
Gateway: A large stone gate stands between the eastern territory and the small center piece that connects to the other four sectors, it's large adamant crosshatch gate is always open, except at night.
